Most of our products are designed to “teach you to fish, rather than give you a fish”, and most of our products are based on resource usage, not per person, per month.  We also try to avoid tiered subscription models, such as starter, business, and enterprise packages.  There is no vendor lock, no advertising, no data collections, and we don”t anything anybody.  Some 3rd party products such as AI obviously communicate elsewhere, we strive to be as upfront and open about any such activity, and in many cases we have our own models or roll out private models.

In simple terms, lots of features right from the start, low-cost entry points, grow or shrink with little to no pain, modern and fast will not only set you apart, but will also attract organically like it used to be.  This will include some of the most discerning and nit-picky generations that are notoriously difficult to target.  A great product, and an enjoyable experience will create a “raving fan”, who has found the cheese and tells others about it.  You may have noticed we are not big on social networking, advertising, or influencers.  Instead we used those budgets and hours to do our homework on product design, human behavior and studied current and past market trends.

Our strategy is to take an educated gamble on the smb niche market, an under-served demographic, that has faced recent difficulties, but still has major potential, and just happens to account for over 40% of the U.S. economy. We modeled our strategy and approach after Southwest Airlines.  If you are not familiar it’s definitely worth the read.  Finally, we know tech moves so fast and can be rigid and overwhelming at times. So you may notice a bit personality, and a bit fun in our products. This is by design, backed by science and just might take a bit of the edge off.
